IT Connextions uses a custom version of the Splashtop SOS App to provide remote support to our customers. Click the button on the right to download the app for Windows. Once the support session is over and you have closed the SOS App the app will automatically be deleted from your computer*.
This support app DOES NOT ALLOW UNATTENDED ACCESS to your machine.
Access is only allowed while the SOS App is running and only AFTER you give the unique 9-digit session code to the technician.
* The custom app is for Windows and MAC OS ONLY. IOS and Android support are provided using the standard SOS App from Splashtop that can be found in their respective stores. ONLY the custom app is deleted AFTER the session is closed.
